Ingredients: Dried Ginger Root, Lemongrass, Thyme Leaf, Anise Hyssop, Fennel Seed
Ginger is an expectorant, helping to remove thick mucus from the lungs.
Thyme contains high amounts of Vitamin C, it stimulates the immune system and can help neutralize bacteria. Anise Hyssop is an anti-bacterial antiviral powerhouse, being a relable ally during the onset of cold/flu and low grade fevers. Lemongrass is a top fever remedy, it's antibacterial and antimicrobial action make it the perfect remedy for cold and flu symptoms. Fennel is used for everything from sore throats, coughs and nausea.

- Add all of the dry ingredients to a small mason jar.
- Add 1.5-2 tsp to a French press, strainer or pot.
- Bring water to a boil in a kettle or add 1 cup water to the pot if using
- Steep for 8 minutes.
- Strain and serve!
