Hops is a mellowing plant from the cannabis family. The name Hops is derived from “hoppan” which mean to climb. Hops has been used internally and externally to help promote restful sleep. Hops is also used to calm the stomach and mind, it is used for indigestion, anxiousness and restlessness.
 
Contraindications: Hops is contraindicated during pregnancy or in cases of depression or estrogen dominance.
